The HRIS Lead will support technologies, processes and programs across HR.  The HRIS Lead will serve as a SME in design and support of HR systems. Primary responsibilities include providing consultative services on design, implementation and support of new and existing functionality, pro-actively identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience and increase adoption, leading process improvement efforts, and supporting break/fix issues.  Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations and supporting special projects.   




40% HR Systems SME

  • Lead the implementation of other HR systems and technologies including benefit platforms, performance and goals, recognition and other HR related systems
  • Service as process lead for defined areas and partners with relevant SME providing proactive updates and support
  • Support the benefits administration portal and configuration as well as benefit carrier connections
  • Support LinkedIn Learning portal and required data integrations
  • Support Fidelity 401k portal and required data integrations
  • Serves as technical project lead for all new technology and process implementations within areas of support


40% Technology Management and Operational Support

  • Provide end-user support and escalated technology or process inquiries from HR Service Delivery lead
  • Supports troubleshooting of standard business process flows in HCM
  • Responsible for data governance support, data entry and troubleshooting data issues
  • Responsible for completing all HRIS transactions as an HR Administrator role
  • Partners with operations lead on system upgrades and supports HRIS team on the quarterly releases including testing all workflows within active modules
  • Identify and resolve system issues working across People Services and Technology Team
  • Produces and delivers standard reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc requests based on business need
  • Proactively pulls reports on incomplete transactions in HCM and works with stakeholders to complete or cancel


20% Integrations, Audit and Compliance

  • Audits daily or weekly file integrations to all vendors to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensures all stakeholders are receiving accurate data files and reports in a timely and compliant manner
  • Proactively reaches out to vendor carrier connection support if data feed issues arrive
  • Works with IT BA partner to troubleshoot any data feed and file issues
  • Complete required data audits ensuring that we are meeting compliance standards
  • Assist with project specific data support including auditing benefit open enrollment files
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that all reporting and auditing needs are met and compliant




  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, MIS or related discipline is required
  • Cloud based HCM experience required, SuccessFactors preferred (7+ years)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience querying data, data manipulation and report generation
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes; understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
  • Experience leading small projects or workstreams of larger projects
